- 3 Cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Dairy-Free Milk Alternative or creamer
- 2 Tablespoons Dairy-Free Butter Alternative or butter
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 6oz Container Dairy-Free Vanilla Yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 2 Cups strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed Meal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Whisk together the creamer, butter, vanilla, yogurt, and flaxseed meal.
- Add in the oats and sugar and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the strawberries.
- Spread into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
